Stallion Tender Scheme
Our Primary Fundraiser
Every year our association conducts a Stallion Tender as our primary fundraiser. Studmasters representing some of the countries prominate sires donate a service to one or more of the Stallions standing at their Stud.
The Stallion Tender is advertised widely and interested breeders are encouraged to submit a realistic Tender for the services of their selected Stallion.
Shortly after the closing date the winning Tender is awarded to the highest applicant.
To take part in the stallion tender, simply complete the tender form nominating the stallion and tender price before lodging it with the CQTBA by 5pm on Thursday 31 July 2008. All tenders must be GST inclusive.

The funds raised by the Stallion Tender Scheme are used by our association to promote our local Yearling Sale, repaying the Studmasters who donated the services of their studs a Usage Fee, Professional Development and Special Events for members of the CQTBA.
In recent years the Stallion Tender Scheme has proven very successful and we will continue to welcome the support from participating Studmasters and the local, intra and interstate Thoroughbred Breeders.
