The CQTBA is our local racing and breeding organisation that represents the interests of the local thoroughbred breeders.
Our aims are to promote the local Thoroughbred Breeding Industry.
We will achieve our objectives:
- As an effective lobby group we can influence the outcomes of racing and breeding in general.
- By holding regular meetings and discussing the impact of decisions taken at a state level that may have an effect on our industry.
- In association with Ken McCaffery Australian Livestock Marketing, we support and promote of the local Annual Yearling sale.
- Information and advice through professional development seminars and workshops.
- Use of the site for Professional Development.
- Promote your own Studs and horses.

All Thoroughbred breeders and all persons interested in the horse breeding industry are most welcome to attend and join our association.
