Local Capricornia Yearling Sale Vendors, Laurel Glen Equine Centre and Stewart Park Stud had a winning day today at Callaghan Park, Rockhampton.Race 4 was won by My Margarita [Benji Storm x El Paseo] bringing up her third win in the 1150m. Prydes Easifeed Hcp. My Margarita was sold by Laurel Glen Equine Centre at the 2007 Capricornia Yearling Sale for $3,500.
Race 6 saw the grand stager Let It Hail [Hayil x Satellite Girl] rack up his 10th win and over $95,000 in prizemoney when he lumped 58.5 kg's to win the WFA Hcp. Stewart Park Stud at Alton Downs prepared Let It Hail for the 2006 Capricornia Yearling Sale where he sold for $11,000.
Laurel Glen Equine Centre is preparing a half-brother to Let It Hail, for the 2010 Capricornia Yearling Sale.
Stewart Park Stud stands the successful Marscay sire, Encores, at their Alton Downs property and have some colts and fillies by him for the 2010 Capricornia Yearling Sale. Included in the Stewart Park Stud draft is a colt by Break The Vault.
